This is more than four nights at a luxury Cabo estate. It is a coordinated golf-house experience built around your group before you arrive.
Your estate, golf planning, breakfast, airport transportation, golf carts, housekeeping, Cabo Dabo grocery gift certificate, pre-arrival stocking, welcome reception and concierge service are built into one experience.
Your Golf House Experience
The major pieces are coordinated before your group arrives in Cabo.
This is not ordinary public daily-fee golf. Registered estate guests can have our concierge request and coordinate Diamante guest tee times, subject to course availability and Diamante policies. The package includes three private Diamante golf experiences for registered golfers.
Your six-bedroom luxury home base inside Diamante for groups of 6–12 registered guests.
Each morning, guests may choose from three magnificent chef-created breakfast menus, prepared and served at the estate by our on-staff chef.
Housekeeping is included on three days of the stay.
Arrive to a private welcome reception with a bartender serving Mezcal margaritas and Mexican-style Presidential margaritas, plus complimentary guacamole, salsa and light appetizers.
Private airport transportation is included. One vehicle serves up to 8 guests; groups of 9–12 automatically receive two vehicles. Maximum 5 suitcases per vehicle.
Premier six-passenger golf carts are included for four days. Up to 6 guests receive one cart; groups of 7–12 automatically receive two carts.
Included for registered golfers. Tee times are coordinated through the estate and remain subject to Diamante availability and policy.

Included for registered golfers as the third Diamante golf experience, subject to current course availability and scheduling.
The Dunes, El Cardonal and Oasis are included for each registered golfer. The calculator handles the golf costs automatically in the package total.
A $250 Cabo Dabo grocery gift certificate is included with the group package.
Your Cabo Dabo order can be delivered and stocked in the villa before arrival. Grocery purchases above the included amount are additional.
Your concierge is available before arrival and throughout the stay for golf, dining, transportation, activities and special requests.
Enjoy additional time at the villa on Day Five with late checkout included, subject to the final confirmed departure schedule.
One Group • Two Package Costs
Shared estate costs are divided across the group. Only registered golfers carry the golf portion of the package for The Dunes, El Cardonal and Oasis. For the 12-guest / 6-golfer example, the current package price is $2,790 per golfer and $1,505 per non-golfing companion.

Your group arrives at Diamante Beach Estate with the major details already coordinated.
Begin with a chef-created breakfast at the estate, with your group choosing from three breakfast menus, then golfers head to The Dunes. Golf is included for registered golfers and coordinated through the estate, subject to final Diamante confirmation.
The second golf day is built around El Cardonal, Tiger Woods' first golf-course design, after another chef-created breakfast served at the estate. Golf is included for registered golfers and coordinated through the estate, subject to final Diamante confirmation.
Your third golf day begins with another chef-created breakfast at the estate and can be coordinated around Oasis or the best available Diamante golf option for your dates. Oasis is a Tiger Woods / TGR Design 12-hole par-three short course and is included as the third golf experience for registered golfers, subject to scheduling and availability.
Enjoy one final chef-created breakfast at the estate and extra time at the villa before your departure.

Your concierge begins assisting before arrival and remains available throughout the stay. The service itself is complimentary; separately purchased experiences are quoted before confirmation.
Build Your Group
Choose the total number of estate guests and how many are golfing. Included services adjust automatically with your group size. Golf is calculated only for registered golfers and includes The Dunes, El Cardonal and Oasis.
Package total includes the listed services and benefits shown above. Applicable IVA, lodging taxes, final confirmed golf charges and optional services are additional unless specifically stated.
Private Diamante Golf
Diamante is a private beachfront community. The Dunes and El Cardonal are not ordinary public daily-fee courses. By staying as registered guests at Diamante Beach Estate, your group is positioned for our concierge to request and coordinate eligible Diamante guest tee times under the property's current guest-access rules. Tee times and specific courses remain subject to Diamante availability, operating schedules and final confirmation.
