Partner Referral Commission

Refer a client who books a qualifying direct stay of three nights or more and earn 10% of qualifying accommodation revenue. Their reservation must be confirmed on or before October 31, 2026 — their actual travel dates can be later.

After the guest fully completes the qualifying stay, the reservation is 100% paid, all funds have cleared and been retained, and no unresolved refund, chargeback, dispute or payment reversal remains, your eligible 10% commission is processed under the Partner terms.

What qualifies for the current 10% Partner offer?

The referred guest must be registered to the Partner before booking, book direct with Diamante Beach Estate, reserve a stay of at least three nights, and have the qualifying reservation officially confirmed on or before October 31, 2026.

Does the guest have to stay by October 31, 2026?

No. October 31, 2026 is the booking deadline, not the travel deadline. The guest may travel after October 31 as long as the qualifying reservation was officially confirmed by the deadline.

What amount is my commission calculated on?

Commission is calculated only on qualifying accommodation revenue actually paid, cleared, collected and retained by Diamante Beach Estate, after applicable discounts, credits, refunds and adjustments. Applicable taxes, including IVA and lodging/occupancy taxes where applicable, are excluded. Cleaning, concierge, transportation, chefs, golf, groceries, spa, excursions, activities, gratuities, security deposits, damage charges, resort/amenity charges and all other ancillary or third-party fees are also excluded.

When do I earn my commission?

Commission is not earned merely because a reservation is created or a deposit is received. It becomes eligible for payment only after the guest has fully completed the qualifying stay, the reservation balance is 100% paid, all funds have cleared and been retained, and there is no unresolved cancellation, refund, credit, chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal or other unpaid amount affecting the qualifying accommodation revenue.

How do you know the guest is my referral?

Submit your prospective client through the Partner referral form before the client completes their reservation. Our team will register the referral to you.

What happens if the reservation is cancelled?

Fully cancelled, refunded, reversed or successfully charged-back reservations do not earn commission. If a stay is shortened, discounted, credited, partially refunded, disputed or otherwise adjusted, commission is recalculated using only the qualifying accommodation revenue ultimately collected and retained. If an adjustment occurs after a commission has already been paid, the corresponding overpayment may be deducted from future Partner commissions or otherwise reconciled in accordance with the Partner Referral Agreement.

Are rates and commissions in Mexican pesos or U.S. dollars?

Booking rates and commission calculations are denominated in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless a written reservation agreement specifically states otherwise. Any U.S. dollar amount displayed on this Partner page is provided only as an approximate reference for convenience. Currency exchange rates can change at any time, and a guest's bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply a different conversion rate or additional fees. Partner commission is determined from the actual qualifying MXN accommodation revenue collected and retained.

Is the earnings example a promise of a specific rate or commission?

No. The nightly-rate and commission references are planning estimates only and are not final quotes, guarantees or promises of future earnings. Actual property rates vary by dates, season, demand, availability, length of stay, promotions and final booking terms. The Partner earns only the commission provided by the active written Partner offer on the actual qualifying accommodation revenue collected and retained for the referred reservation.

Can two Partners register the same client?

Only one Partner commission is paid per reservation. The earliest verified qualifying client registration will generally receive attribution.

Can you provide marketing materials for me?

Yes. Approved Partners may request our available professional property photos, property information, documentation, flyers, marketing copy, video assets and approved drone footage. If you need materials for a specific client presentation or campaign, contact our team and we will help gather the available assets.

Can I visit the property to create marketing content?

Yes. Approved Partners may request scheduled property access for photos, reels or video content intended to market Diamante Beach Estate to their clients. Access must be arranged in advance and is subject to property availability and applicable community rules. Specialized filming or drone activity requires separate approval where applicable.

Partner Commission Disclosure

Transparent from referral to payout.

The 10% Partner commission applies only to qualifying accommodation revenue actually paid, cleared, collected and retained by Diamante Beach Estate for an eligible direct reservation, subject to the current Partner Referral Agreement. It is not calculated on taxes, including IVA and lodging/occupancy taxes where applicable, or on cleaning, concierge, transportation, chef, golf, groceries, spa, excursions, activities, gratuities, deposits, damage charges, resort/amenity fees or other ancillary or third-party charges.

Commission is not earned at the time of inquiry, referral, reservation, deposit or booking confirmation. A commission becomes eligible for payment only after the guest has fully completed the qualifying stay, the reservation is 100% paid, all funds have cleared and been retained, and there is no unresolved cancellation, refund, credit, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud-related loss or other unpaid amount that reduces the qualifying accommodation revenue retained. Cancelled or fully refunded reservations do not earn commission. Partial refunds, credits, shortened stays or other adjustments reduce the commission proportionally. Any commission overpayment resulting from a later refund, chargeback or adjustment may be reconciled against future commissions or as otherwise provided in the Partner Referral Agreement.

Rates, bookings and commission calculations are denominated in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. USD equivalents are approximate reference conversions only, may change with foreign-exchange movements, and may differ from the conversion rate used by a bank, card issuer or payment provider. The final commission is based on the actual qualifying MXN accommodation revenue retained.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for their own tax, reporting, licensing or business obligations. Any withholding or reporting required by applicable law may be applied. Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, partnership, joint-venture or agency relationship and does not authorize a Partner to bind Diamante Beach Estate, guarantee availability, quote a final rate on its behalf or make promises outside the written booking and Partner terms.

Program terms, rates, availability, benefits and future offers may be modified or withdrawn prospectively. Existing confirmed qualifying referrals remain subject to the written terms applicable to that reservation. If there is any conflict between this marketing page and the signed Partner Referral Agreement or final reservation documents, the signed written terms control.
